Sales Terms
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms apply when you buy the activation of a tournament in MyLivescore. Please read them before you pay. The Norwegian version is the binding text.
1. The agreement
The agreement consists of these sales terms, the information given in the ordering process and the terms of service. Anything the parties have agreed separately takes precedence; after that, these sales terms apply.
Consumers are also protected by mandatory Norwegian consumer law, including the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) and the Contracts Act (avtaleloven).
2. The parties
The seller is Mannsverk Consulting, organisation number 984 231 032, Dirikvegen 9, 6050 Valderøya, Norway. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +47 93 46 16 29. The seller is referred to below as "we" or "MyLivescore".
The buyer is the person who completes the payment for a tournament, referred to below as "you".
3. What you buy
You buy the activation of one tournament in MyLivescore. Planning the tournament with placeholders is free. Activation lets you add teams, open registration and use every tournament feature for that one tournament.
Activation is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription, and nothing more is charged later.
4. Price
The price is shown on the prices page and on the payment page before you pay. The price shown is the total price. There are no fees or other additions.
The price is shown in the currency of the country you visit the site from.
5. Entering into the agreement
The agreement is binding on both parties once the payment has been completed.
6. Payment
You can pay by card. Where Vipps is offered, you can also pay with Vipps. Card payments are processed by Stripe and Vipps payments by Vipps MobilePay. We do not store your card details.
The amount is charged when you complete the purchase.
7. Delivery
The tournament is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed. You receive an order confirmation by email.
The receipt is available under "Payments" in your profile and under Setup → Payment in the tournament.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
The tournament is activated as soon as the payment is complete. Before you pay, you therefore tick that you accept the sales terms and that the tournament is activated immediately, so the right of withdrawal lapses.
If you buy on behalf of a club, a team or another business, the Right of Withdrawal Act does not apply.
9. Faults
If the service does not work as described, let us know at [email protected] within a reasonable time after you discovered the fault. We fix it as quickly as we can.
If we cannot fix the fault and it materially affects running the tournament, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.
We are not responsible for faults caused by circumstances outside our control, such as a lost internet connection on your side or at the venue.
10. Refunds
Refunds are made to the payment method used for the purchase, no later than 14 days after we have accepted the claim.
11. Personal data
We process personal data in line with our privacy policy.
12. Disputes
Complaints go to [email protected]. We try to resolve disagreements amicably.
If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation and, if needed, bring the case before the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
The agreement is governed by Norwegian law.
