User data deletion

This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data in MyLivescore.

In the app, go to Profile and click the "Delete my data" button. A modal opens with the instructions for submitting a deletion request.

How to submit a request

You have the right to delete all your personal data. To delete your account and all related data, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to post@mylivescore.eu.
  2. Use the subject: Data deletion.
  3. Include the following information:
    • Full name: Your name
    • Email address: Your email
    • Describe which data you want deleted.
  4. We will confirm your request within five business days and delete the data within 30 days.
