2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the organization you represent. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and league or federation rules.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access so we can help secure the account.

  • Comply with all applicable competition regulations and standards for fair play.

5. Subscription, Fees, and Payment

Pricing, billing terms, and invoice frequency are described in your service order or subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update prices with at least 30 days advance notice.

You agree not to misuse the application. This includes prohibitions on:

  • Using automated systems to scrape data or interfere with normal operation.

  • Publishing unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content through the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

MyLivescore retains all rights to the platform, including the software, brand, and documentation. You own the content and tournament data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

8. Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you. Feedback is voluntary and does not create any confidentiality requirement for MyLivescore.

9. Term and Termination

These terms remain in effect until you or MyLivescore terminate the agreement. Either party may terminate for convenience with written notice, or immediately if the other party materially breaches these terms. After termination, we may delete or archive your account data in line with our data retention commitments.

10. Disclaimers

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid to use the service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of Oslo, Norway, unless the parties agree to arbitration or another venue in writing.

13. Changes to the Service

We may update or discontinue features from time to time. If a change materially reduces functionality, we will give advance notice so you can evaluate options before the change takes effect.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service when necessary. If the revisions are significant, we will provide advance notice in the application or via email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
